• Dynamic Dyno owner's manual (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)

  • Analysis support is available via email for 30 days after your dynamic dyno order has
    been shipped.  You may use the Contact Us page when requesting technical support; if
    you would like help in processing your runs you may send .wav or .txt files you have
    recorded to admin@dynamic-dyno.com.

  • Technical support questions will be answered after the 30 day analysis support period,
    but we will no longer analyze .wav or .txt run files directly.

  • You can also email us with general questions but priority will be given to existing
    customers with technical support questions.  For general questions use the form on the
    Contact Us page.

  • If you are unsatisfied with Dynamic Dyno for any reason, contact us to arrange for a
    refund excluding shipping costs.  A full refund will be granted for all items returned in
    resalable condition.  If an item was damaged during transit or was originally defective it
    does not have to be returned in resalable condition to receive a refund.
